Lube Technician

About the role

Lithia Nissan of Clovis is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join their Service Department as Automotive Lube Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil and filter changes.
• Rotate and balance tires.
• Inspect and top off vehicle fluids.
• Perform multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Check and replace air filters, wiper blades, and other basic maintenance items.
• Maintain accurate service records.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all dealership and manufacturer service procedures.

Requirements

• Automotive experience is preferred but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.

Pay

The Hourly Pay Range for this position is $16.90 - $23.00. Actual pay offered will be based on skills, qualifications, experience, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
