Entry level position located in West Valley City.
About the role
The primary purpose of this job is to perform post-trip inspections on company vehicles to determine if any issues need to be addressed.
Responsibilities
- Perform post-trip inspections on DOT vehicles
- Stand for long periods while inspecting vehicles
- Frequently squat, bend, reach, and twist during inspections
- Follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Wash trucks as needed
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English to understand instructions, communicate with others, and write/type work orders
- Ability to operate a mobile device and desktop
- Attention to detail
- Good eyesight, hearing, and depth perception
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
Qualifications
- One year of experience in maintenance duties is a plus

Pay
Starting wage: $24 per hour with a $2.00 shift differential for swing shift.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday: 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm
- Early Friday: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Overtime available
