About the role
The Lube Technician will lubricate cars quickly and thoroughly while coordinating with the Production Foreman to carry out responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform all automotive lubrication services (oil changes, topping off fluids, etc.).
- Conduct thorough checks of customer’s car (battery, lights, tires) and refer needed repairs or preventive maintenance to the Service Advisor.
- Operate and maintain all lubrication equipment.
- Receive repair orders from the Service Salesman or Production Foreman and proceed to service lift.
- Lubricate the entire car while identifying other potential repair needs.
- Keep the customer’s car clean during service.
- Ensure all equipment, especially lifts, is in proper working order.
- Use adequate, but not excessive, amounts of materials and supplies.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures; report accidents immediately to a manager or supervisor.
Requirements
- Automotive Service Technician experience (oil, tire, fluid changes, or retail technician).
- ASE Certification and/or trade school certification.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Toyota (or multi-brand) experience.
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow directions, willingness to learn, and mentor teammates.
- Respect for teammates and a positive outlook.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license verification.

Pay
$17.50 to $20.00 per hour.
Schedule
- Full-time.
- Monday through Saturday availability.
- Sundays off.
