Lube and Tire Technician - Syracuse

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Service Centers in Syracuse, NY. This role performs car service, repair, preventive maintenance, in-fleeting service, and vehicle reconditioning according to company policy and procedures, with a focus on customer needs and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels
• Perform preventive maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) according to manufacturer’s specifications
• Repair and replace tires
• Replace wearable parts (e.g., bulbs, wipers)
• Maintain vehicle repair history by documenting repair orders accurately
• Comply with part and inventory tracking procedures
• Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of all services
• Process new fleet, fuel reclamation, or buy backs as needed
• Follow health, safety, and environmental standards
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with uniform and equipment standards
• Improve job performance through self-assessment, training, and goal setting
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must have a NYS Inspection Certificate OR 1 year of shop experience (must obtain NYS Inspection Certificate within the first 6 months of hire)
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and be subject to random drug and alcohol testing
• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Pay

$21/hour (starting rate).

Schedule

Location 1: Syracuse Airport (SYR)

• Thursday–Monday: 2:00pm–10:30pm
• Tuesday–Friday: 2:00pm–10:30pm and Sunday: 5:30am–2:00pm

Location 2: 5721 E Taft Rd, Syracuse, NY 13212

• Monday–Friday: 2:00pm–10:30pm
• Saturday–Wednesday: 2:00pm–10:30pm
• Thursday–Monday: 2:00pm–10:30pm
