About the role

The LTFC Program Director is responsible for program oversight and the delivery of services to Unaccompanied Children in the LTFC program. This position enforces policies and procedures to ensure program compliance with the cooperative agreement, federal and state regulations, and agency policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide program oversight and ensure delivery of services to Unaccompanied Children in the LTFC program.
• Enforce policies and procedures to maintain compliance with the cooperative agreement, federal and state regulations, and agency policies.

Schedule

35 hours per week, with rotating on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Essential (Required):
  • Master's Degree in education, psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavioral science.
  • Related Child Welfare and/or case management experience.
• Non-Essential (Preferred): None specified.
