We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The above includes many instructions like "I-9 Form - Click here to download the I-9 form." That's application instruction; we should drop it. Also "Review our Tips for Success when applying for jobs at DFPS, DSHS and HHSC." That's instruction; drop. Also "Active Duty, Military, Reservists, Guardsmen, And Veterans ..." maybe not boilerplate but could be considered encouragement; but it's not essential? Might be considered extra but not required. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The military encouragement is substantive? It's more of a note encouraging certain groups; could be considered boilerplate? Not sure. Safer to keep? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The military encouragement is not exactly those categories; it's more of a note. Might keep.
But we also need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have:
- About the role: we can summarize the description: LTCR Inspector conducts on-site inspections and investigations including abuse, neglect, exploitation of adults and children with mental illness or intellectual, developmental, physical disabilities in various Texas long-term care facilities; testifies at hearings; works occasional evenings/weekends/holidays; travel up to 80%; writes reports; etc. That's substantive.
- Responsibilities: we can list essential job functions with percentages.
- Requirements: maybe include driver's license, background checks, etc.
- Qualifications: maybe include four-year degree preferred, experience interacting with public, experience conducting investigations preferred, experience working with target populations preferred.
- Skills: KSAs list.
- Benefits: mention comprehensive benefits package: 100% paid employee health insurance for full-time eligible employees, defined benefit pension plan, generous time off benefits, numerous opportunities for career advancement, Federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program, health benefits, lifetime monthly retirement annuity, 401(k) and 457 Programs.
- Pay: Salary range $5,035.99 - $6,779.25 monthly; starting market rate salary $60,431.88 (annual). Pay frequency monthly.
- Schedule: Shift: Day; travel up to 80%; flexibility in work hours required; occasional evenings/weekends/holidays; on-call duties; full-time.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual data.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So no
Inspector V
. Use headings for sections. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; we can fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it. So we could include location and date in a short paragraph at top maybe under About the role? But we should not create a heading for them. Could include a
with location and date. We must output ONLY the HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

But we need to avoid repeating job title. The description includes "LTCR Inspector – Starting Market Rate Salary $60,431.88". We can incorporate. Better to keep About the role as a paragraph summarizing role. Responsibilities:Responsibilities
