About the role

In‑home geriatric counseling for clients in Middlesex County, including Spotswood, Old Bridge, Edison, Woodbridge, South River, and Port Reading. The position requires maintaining a minimum caseload of eight clients, with free supervision for clinical hours when the minimum caseload is met.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling services to geriatric clients in their homes.
• Maintain a minimum caseload of eight clients.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and a valid Licensed Social Worker (LSW) license in New Jersey.
• New Jersey driver’s license in good standing.
• Two years of counseling experience preferred.
• Familiarity with EHR systems preferred.
• Flu vaccine required during flu season.
