About the Role
LSW for in home geriatric counseling with Senior Care Options by Parker. Minimum of 8 client caseload. Supervision for clinical hours is free with minimum caseload.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home geriatric counseling services
- Maintain minimum caseload of 8 clients
- Serve clients in areas including but not limited to Matawan, Middletown, Neptune, Asbury Park, Long Branch, Ocean
Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Valid LSW in the state of NJ required
- NJ driver's license in good standing required
- Two (2) years of counseling experience preferred
- EHR knowledge preferred
- Flu vaccine required during flu season
Pay
Hourly rate $41.00.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, make your own schedule with flexibility for more hours.

Senior Care Options by Parker provides customized Geriatric Care Management services as well as Behavioral Health services by licensed social workers to individuals in their homes and communities across Middlesex, Monmouth, and Ocean Counties. Program participants benefit from services offered in their own environment by dedicated care partners committed to meeting their needs, helping support participants in maintaining independence in their own environment.
