LSW - Senior Care Options by Parker - Middlesex County - (Part time) #2543

About the role

Looking for an LSW for in-home geriatric counseling. Minimum 8 client caseload, Supervision for your clinical hours is free with minimum caseload. Including but not limited to Spotswood, Old Bridge, Edison, Woodbridge, South River, Port Reading.

Responsibilities

• Counseling geriatric clients in their home environment
• Assessing and addressing the psychosocial needs of clients
• Maintaining client confidentiality and records
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed
• Providing support and guidance to clients and their families

Requirements

• Master's degree and valid LSW in the state of NJ required
• NJ driver's license in good standing required
• Two (2) years of counseling experience preferred
• EHR knowledge preferred
• Flu vaccine required during flu season

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate client needs
