About the role
The IOP Program Coordinator is responsible for the provision of Intensive Outpatient Services. Counselors with LPC/LCSW/LSATP licenses will deliver clinical and case management services including individual, group, and family counseling, skill building, psycho-educational services, clinical documentation, and crisis intervention.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions
- Conduct assessments and provide counseling services
- Advocate for patients, addressing their needs and concerns
- Deliver psycho-educational services and crisis intervention
- Participate in on-call services as needed
- Engage in family systems and parenting skills training
Requirements
- LPC/LCSW/LSATP (Licensed Professional Counselor/Licensed Clinical Social Worker) License
- Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Experience working with clients with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions
- Proficiency in evidence-based practices for addiction treatments (e.g., Motivation Interviewing, CBT for SUDs)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a trauma-informed approach
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in addiction counseling or treatment (e.g., CADC, MAC)
- Experience in delivering group therapy and psychoeducation in addiction settings
- Knowledge of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) protocols
- Bilingual skills or experience working with diverse populations
Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
20 hours per week (2.5 days)
