About the role

The IOP Program Coordinator is responsible for the provision of Intensive Outpatient Services. Counselors with LPC/LCSW/LSATP licenses will deliver clinical and case management services including individual, group, and family counseling, skill building, psycho-educational services, clinical documentation, and crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions
  • Conduct assessments and provide counseling services
  • Advocate for patients, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Deliver psycho-educational services and crisis intervention
  • Participate in on-call services as needed
  • Engage in family systems and parenting skills training

Requirements

  • LPC/LCSW/LSATP (Licensed Professional Counselor/Licensed Clinical Social Worker) License
  • Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Experience working with clients with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions
  • Proficiency in evidence-based practices for addiction treatments (e.g., Motivation Interviewing, CBT for SUDs)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a trauma-informed approach
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in addiction counseling or treatment (e.g., CADC, MAC)
  • Experience in delivering group therapy and psychoeducation in addiction settings
  • Knowledge of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) protocols
  • Bilingual skills or experience working with diverse populations

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

20 hours per week (2.5 days)
