LPN - Wound Care - Part Time

Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or the direction of a licensed healthcare professional, maintaining accountability for assigned patients and ensuring patient rights and confidentiality. Responsibilities: Coordinates patient care with other departments, performs duties consistent with organizational standards, and upholds mission and values.Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, graduate of an accredited practical nursing program, and valid LPN licensure in the state. Certifications required include Basic Life Support and LPN-IV certification; additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, PEARS, or unit-specific credentials may be necessary.Skills & Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds; capable of assisting with patient mobility and care.Experience & Certification: Open to both new and experienced LPNs, with certification courses completed within specified timeframes if not already held.
