About the Role
Our Winston-Salem and Greensboro skilled nursing offices proudly serve adult and pediatric clients throughout the Piedmont Triad Area including (but not limited to):
- Alamance County: Burlington, Elon College, Graham, Mebane
- Chatham County: Bennett, Pittsboro
- Davie County: Advance, Mocksville
- Davidson County: Lexington, Thomasville
- Forsyth County: Clemmons, Walkertown, Winston-Salem, Yadkinville
- Guilford County: Greensboro, High Point, Jamestown
- Montgomery County: Troy
- Randolph County: Asheboro, Trinity
- Rockingham County: Reidsville, Ruffin
- Rowan County: China Grove, Salisbury
- Stokes County: Belews Creek, King
Pay
- $26–32/hour in Piedmont Triad Area (including weekend and overnight differentials)
- Commitment Bonuses: Up to $10,000 (depending on weekly commitment)

Schedule
- Full-time, part-time, and PRN
- Daytime and Overnight Shifts
- 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
- No Weekend Requirement

Requirements
- Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of North Carolina
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
