About the Role

BAYADA is hiring compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 care for a 6½-year-old patient in Winona and nearby towns. This fun, spunky kindergartener needs nursing support during the school year and summer. She enjoys school, music, light-up toys, sensory activities like swinging and walks, and smoothies/frappes.

You’ll work flexible shifts with no weekend requirement, supporting clients in your community.

Pay

$27–31/hour in Minnesota, plus overnight and weekend shift differentials.

Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN (minimum two shifts/month)
• Daytime and overnight shifts
• 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 nursing care to clients of all ages and acuity levels
• Support a pediatric patient with daily activities and medical needs
• Use electronic charting (Cubhub) for patient documentation

Requirements

• Active LPN license in Minnesota
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
