About the Role

We’re hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for 1:1 home care in Faribault and Morristown, Minnesota. Enjoy a small-town feel with big-time flexibility, consistent support, meaningful client relationships, and a schedule that puts you in control—all backed by weekly pay.

Pay

$27–31/hour in Minnesota plus overnight and weekend shift differentials.

Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN (minimum two shifts/month)
• Daytime and overnight shifts
• 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
• No weekend requirement

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 care to clients of all ages and acuity levels, building meaningful relationships while delivering high-quality home care.

Requirements

• Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of Minnesota
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
