About the role
BAYADA is hiring compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support 1:1 clients in Winona and nearby towns. You'll enjoy flexible shifts, weekly pay, and the opportunity to bring comfort and stability to the people who need it most in your community.
Responsibilities
- Care for a 6 1/2 year old patient who is a fun, spunky Kindergartner needing nursing support during the school year and summer.
- Provide care that includes activities like going to school, music/music videos, light up toys, sensory input, such as swinging, going for walks, and drinking smoothies and frappes.
Requirements
- Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of Minnesota.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Qualifications
- Compassionate and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.
- Ability to work in a variety of shifts, including daytime and overnight.
- No weekend requirement.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
Benefits
- $27–31/hour in Minnesota plus overnight and weekend shift differentials.
