About the role

We’re hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for 1:1 home care in Faribault and Morristown, MN. Enjoy consistent support, meaningful client relationships, and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care to clients in their homes
• Adhere to established care plans and protocols
• Document client progress and interactions accurately
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines

Requirements

• Active LPN license in the state of Minnesota
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Experience in home care preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Qualifications

• Pass a background check
• Pass a drug screening
• Pass a criminal history check

Pay

• $27–31/hour in Minnesota
• Overnight and weekend shift differentials

Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN options available
• Daytime and Overnight Shifts
• 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
• No weekend requirement
