Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, high-quality care to clients in their homes
  • Adhere to established care plans and protocols
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Document client care accurately and timely
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards

Requirements

  • Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of North Carolina
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for providing individualized care

Pay

  • $30–32/hour in North Carolina (depending on commitment and shift)

Schedule

  • Full-time, part-time, and PRN (minimum commitment of 24 hours/month)
  • Daytime and Overnight Shifts
  • 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
  • No Weekend Requirement
