About the role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our weekends team, you will play a vital role in promoting and restoring the health and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including taking vital signs, performing assessments, administering medications, and overseeing patient treatment plans
• Manage individualized patient care plans to ensure the physical and emotional needs of our residents are met
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and services
• Support residents and their families with physical and psychological support
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports

Requirements

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state of Florida
• Valid CPR certification
• Ability to work every other weekend, every Friday
