About the Role
Join Honey Creek Commons Assisted Living as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on a full-time weekend schedule. This opportunity allows you to develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff while promoting the physical and psychosocial well-being of our community.
Schedule: Thursday and Friday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM; Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Responsibilities
- Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
- Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed resident needs.
- Collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Work toward the common goal of excellent resident care.
- Support a respectful and positive work environment through strong interpersonal communication.
- Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
- Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence) in all interactions.
Requirements
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Indiana.
- Proficient medication management skills.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
