About the role
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Hillcrest Village Weekend Option Days or Nights works in a supportive and engaging environment, promoting the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents.
Responsibilities
- Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
- Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed the needs of residents.
- Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.

Requirements
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
- Proficient medication management skills.
- Able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers and staff.
