LPN - Weekend Option

About the role

Meadow Lakes is conveniently located in Mooresville, southwest of Indianapolis, with easy access to I-465. Just 20 minutes from Downtown Indy, Plainfield, and Greenwood.

Responsibilities

• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed the needs of our residents.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Work towards a common goal of excellent care for our residents.
• Support a respectful and positive work environment.

Requirements

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.

Open interviews: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Schedule

• Days (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
• Nights (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
