Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff.
• Promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents using nursing skills.

Requirements

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to work weekends.
• Hourly wage of $30/hr plus shift differential.
