Qualifications
- Current LPN license in OH
- 2 years of nursing experience
- Prior supervisory/leadership experience in SNF/long-term care
- Strong clinical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned shifts
- Maintain oversight of resident care to ensure safety, dignity, and quality standards are met
- Respond to emergencies and provide direct nursing care when necessary
- Aid with admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Communicate with residents, families, and physicians regarding care needs
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation
- Promote a positive and professional work environment
