LPN Unit Manager, Full-time Night Shift

Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Unit Manager utilizes a general understanding of the principles of nursing and basic physical assessment skills in the development and implementation of individualized Nursing Care Plans to ensure overall management of day‑to‑day clinical operations and the nursing care delivered to residents. Delegates the coordination and implementation of resident clinical services to appropriate staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans.
• Manage day‑to‑day clinical operations for short‑term rehabilitation and long‑term care units.
• Delegate coordination and implementation of resident clinical services to appropriate staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience preferred in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing.

Schedule

Full‑time night shift.
