Outpatient Clinics Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. There are over 40 different types of primary care and specialty practices, which allows those who work in these clinics the opportunity to learn and explore various interests or to specialize in one area.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the RN / Mid-level Provider / Physician and in collaboration with other members of the health care team, contributes to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Vocational/Technical Graduate of an approved nursing program
• Successful completion of competency based orientation program
• Healthcare experience (preferred)
• License Practical Nursing (LPN) – State of Michigan (required upon hire)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association (required within 90 days) or Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Red Cross (required within 90 days)

Schedule

Employment Type: Full time; Shift: Day (United States of America); Weekly Scheduled Hours: 40; Hours of Work: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; Days Worked: Monday to Friday.
