Also maybe On-call info. We must not create sections with placeholder/filler. So we include only sections where we have real content. Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. We need to decide mapping. We have sections: Qualification Requirements, Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills And Abilities. We must not repeat job title as heading. Good. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we capture all substantive info. Did we miss anything like "Essential Position Grade: C9", "Date Created/Last Evaluated: October 2026", "Location: Heather Glen, Ardenwoods, On-Site", "Reports to: Director of Nursing", "Department: Assisted Living", "Employment Status: Part Time", "Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes". Those are metadata; we could fold into a short

or drop. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we could include a short paragraph for metadata like location, reports to, department, employment status, supervisory responsibilities, essential position grade, date created. But we need to decide if we should include them. They are substantive but minor. Could include a

after About the role maybe. We could add a

with: Location: Heather Glen, Ardenwoods, On‑Site; Reports to: Director of Nursing; Department: Assisted Living; Employment Status: Part Time; Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes; Essential Position Grade: C9; Date Created/Last Evaluated: October 2026. That seems reasonable. We must not create sections with filler. So we keep sections as above. Now produce HTML fragment only. Check for any missing essential functions: we listed many but need to ensure we captured all from Essential Functions list: - Supervise, coach, and evaluate nursing staff, including LPNs and nursing assistants, ensuring high-quality resident care and compliance with facility policies and procedures. - Provide clinical guidance and support to staff, including interpreting policies, procedures, and performance standards for personnel, residents, families, and physicians. - Conduct regular resident rounds to assess care, identify changes in condition, and ensure proper follow-up, initiating lifesaving measures in emergencies when necessary. - Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, including IV therapy, internal/parenteral nutrition, and laboratory tests, documenting care accurately and timely. - Oversee staff assignments and ensure adequate coverage, matching staff qualifications to resident needs and monitoring adherence to staffing guidelines. - Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly environment, following infection control, safety, and resident rights protocols, and addressing hazards or complaints promptly. - Facilitate resident admissions, transfers, and discharges, coordinating with physicians, ancillary departments, and service providers. - Participate in performance appraisals, recommend disciplinary actions when appropriate, and provide feedback on clinical performance to management. - Promote effective communication and collaboration among residents, families, staff, physicians, and community/ancillary service providers. - Attend staff meetings, in-service trainings, and committees, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies. - Comply with all company policies, procedures, and applicable laws, including HIPAA and the Code of Conduct, completing required training and reporting concerns promptly. - This position is designated as essential to the operations of the organization. Team members in this role may be required to report into work (on-site at the community) during emergencies, inclement weather, or other situations when the organization remains operational. We included most but missed the essential designation and reporting during emergencies. Could add as a responsibility item. Also we missed "Supervisory Responsibilities Provides clinical supervision to licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants." Could add as responsibility. Also "Physical Demands" and "Work Environment" are substantive; we could include under Responsibilities or maybe a separate section like "Working Conditions". But we only have predefined headings; we could put them under Responsibilities as well, or maybe create a new section not in list? Instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule).
