Responsibilities
- Aid in the day-to-day operation and administration of Assisted Living and Memory Care units.
- Support the clinical care coordinator and AL care coordinator.
- Oversee and direct the care activities of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Nursing Assistant Medical Technicians (CNA Med Techs).
- Provide direct patient care.
Requirements
- NC LPN License
- 3-5 Years of experience as an LPN
- 2 Years of supervisory experience
- Clinical experience in an assisted living environment
