LPN Staff - HK - Family Medicine - FT - Shift 1

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care under the direction of the RN.
• Performs technical nursing procedures according to established policies and procedures.
• Affords assistance and reinforcement to routine education plans.
• Documents patient care appropriately.
• Communicates and interacts with other team members to facilitate teamwork and delivery of quality care.

Qualifications

• Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required:
• Education: Graduate of Accredited School of Practical Nursing with current Alabama licensure.
• Experience preferred; new graduate accepted.
