LPN - Home Care | 1:1 | PRN Shifts
About the role
Our Tucson Skilled Office is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) passionate about pediatric care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We provide high-quality, compassionate care for both pediatric and adult clients.
Responsibilities
- Care for pediatric and adult clients
- Follow up with and execute doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Provide hands-on care with only one client per day
- Build client relationships and watch their milestones
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
- One year of experience working as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Trach care experience preferred, but not required
Qualifications
- Passionate about pediatric care
- Ability to travel to one client's home near you on a schedule you choose
- Autonomy to perform skills with flexibility in the home

Pay
Starting pay $31 per hour
Schedule
Schedules can vary per client and consist of 4, 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts
