LPN (Staff)

Job Duties

• Observes residents, charting and reporting changes in residents’ conditions
• Administers prescribed medications, treatments, and therapy
• Makes resident rounds, checking and observing care rendered by staff
• Promptly answers residents’ calls regardless of assignment
• Supervises Nursing Assistants and provides them with orientation, training, and ongoing guidance and support
• Provides basic resident care and treatments

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania Practical Nurse License or temporary permit

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification

Pay

• $16.00 per hour with 4-dollar shift differential
