About the role
This position is part of a newly created role within WK Medical Center's Centralized Staffing department, specifically for Senior Care Flexpool in Shreveport, LA.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assist with daily living activities as needed.
- Document resident care in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in unit rounding and shift reports.
- Follow infection control protocols.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered LPN license with at least one year of nursing experience in Louisiana.
