About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide one-on-one nursing care for students with medical needs in a school setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage medical conditions such as trachs, vents, G-tube feedings, seizure monitoring, and diabetic care
- Assist with personal care
- Transport the patient to and from school
Requirements
- Current licensure in state of practice
- Health certificate
- PPD or chest X-ray
- BLS certification
Qualifications
- At least one year of LVN/LPN experience
