About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide one-on-one nursing care in a school setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care for students with medical needs such as trach, vent, G-tube feedings, seizure monitoring, personal care, and diabetic care.
- Ride the bus with the patient to and from school.
Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure in the practicing state.
- Valid health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS card.
- One year of LVN/LPN experience preferred.
