About the role
Provide one-on-one nursing care in a school setting for students with medical needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care for students with medical needs such as trach, vent, G-tube feedings, seizure monitoring, personal and diabetic care.
- Possibly accompany the patient on bus transportation.
Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure in the practicing state.
- Valid Health Certificate, PPD or Chest X-Ray, and BLS certification.
- Preferred: at least one year of LVN/LPN experience.
