About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN RN Weekend Supervisor to lead our team of healthcare professionals on weekends.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of LPNs and RNs and CNAs to provide exceptional patient care on weekends
- Conduct regular rounds to ensure that all patients are receiving the highest level of care
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement facility-wide policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to employees to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed
- Monitor and address any concerns or issues that may arise during your shift
Requirements
- Current LPN or RN licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
