Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during assigned shifts
• Ensure high-quality care and smooth operations across the building
• Address resident needs and respond to concerns promptly
• Support team members and maintain a positive, efficient work environment
• Promote and maintain compliance with facility policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of Missouri
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
