About the Role

Our Residential Program is looking for compassionate LPN and RN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24-hour supported home environment located in Taunton and surrounding communities. The LPN will provide premier services to the individuals in our care.

Schedule

• Full Time Evenings
• Part Time / Per Diem and Weekend Warrior also available
• Weekend Warrior Schedule: Sunday 9am-11pm, Wednesday 3pm-11pm, Thursday 3pm-11pm, Friday 3pm-11pm

Pay

• LPN Part/Full Time: $36.50 / Hourly
• LPN Per Diem: $32.00 / Hourly
• RN Part/Full Time: $43.50 / Hourly
• RN Per Diem: $40.00 / Hourly
• LPN Weekend Warrior: $42.25

Responsibilities

• Provide a structured routine that includes but is not limited to house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitate family visitations, and distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans
• At times, de-escalation and crisis management techniques may be required to maintain the safety of others

Requirements

• MA state valid LPN or RN license
• A qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver's license are also required
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after
