About the role

The Residential Program at People, Incorporated is seeking compassionate LPN and RN professionals to work in a 24-hour supported home environment in Fall River and surrounding communities. This position provides premier services to individuals with medical needs, implementing Positive Behavior Support and Individualized programs as outlined in their Individual Service Plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide a structured routine including house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitating family visitations, and distributing medication.
• Maintain a safe environment for all residents and implement de-escalation and crisis management techniques as needed.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individualized programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies related to healthcare and residential care.

Requirements

• A valid MA state LPN or RN license.
• A qualifying criminal background check.
• A valid driver's license.
• A TB screening and physical exam upon hire, with a TB update every two years thereafter.

Pay & Schedule

• LPN Part/Full Time: $36.50 hourly.
• RN Part/Full Time: $43.50 hourly.
• RN-Per Diem: $40.00 hourly.
• LPN Per Diem: $32.00 hourly.
• LPN Weekend Warrior: $42.25 hourly.
• Schedule: Saturday, Sunday from 12pm-7pm.
