About the role

The Elite Day Center of Columbia provides specialized care services to seniors and adults with special needs who wish to remain at home or in the community. The center operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration as per orders
• Record maintenance
• Aiding the Administrator with daily tasks
• Oversight of Member Assistants to ensure an active, safe, and clean environment

Education & Experience Requirements

• Experience working with older adults in acute or residential/long-term care settings and/or with adults with disabilities and special needs
• Experience working with older adults with memory concerns such as Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Diagnosis
• Nursing degree in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• Clean background check and drug screen

Work Schedule

Part-time (minimum of 5 hours/day), flexible schedule, Monday through Friday, no weekends or holidays.
