LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse
About the role
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults in Hendersonville, NC and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about building meaningful relationships with patients and families while delivering high-quality, individualized care in the home setting. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
- Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
- Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care
- Coordinate care with families, providers, and care teams
- Educate patients and family members to support improved outcomes
- Implement preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care
- Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (North Carolina)
- Preferred: Pediatric or home health experience
- Preferred: Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube)
Schedule & flexibility
- Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities
- Flexible scheduling based on your availability
- 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts available
Pay
- LPN: $28–$33 per hour
- RN: $30–$35 per hour
