About the role

UnityPoint Clinic LPN/RN Marketplace Family Medicine in Sioux City, IA seeks a compassionate clinical professional (LPN or RN) to provide support in patient care, assisting with exams, treatments, and patient education. Position is full-time (36 hours/week, Monday‑Friday 8AM‑5PM) with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during patient exams and procedures
• Room patients, record patient histories, vital signs, and document in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments per scope of licensure
• Educate patients on health, medications, and follow‑up care
• Coordinate referrals and patient care follow‑ups
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment

Qualifications

• Valid and current licensure/certification as either:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) – Active/Unencumbered RN license in state of practice or compact license including state of practice
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Active/Unencumbered LPN license in state of practice or compact license including state of practice
• Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred
• Familiarity with EPIC is a plus
• May be required to work at or float to other UnityPoint Clinic locations to support optimized staffing

Schedule

Monday‑Friday, 8AM‑5PM, 36 hours per week
