LPN - North Fargo Family Medicine Clinic

About the Role

Join our ambulatory nursing care team at the North Fargo Clinic, part of Sanford Health—a large and fast-growing not-for-profit health system with over 224 clinic locations and 46 medical centers. This position is located at 2601 Broadway N, Fargo, ND, and offers a full-time schedule with day shifts, typically 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (earliest appointment at 7:50 AM, latest at 4:30 PM). The clinic operates Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays.

Our Family Medicine Clinic in North Fargo is a team-oriented environment with 5 providers and 7 nursing staff. The clinic provides primary care to patients of all ages, with a focus on geriatric and mental health care, and performs daily procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the health, comfort, and safety of patients.
• Documents a thorough medical history from patients.
• Contributes to the assessment of patients and administers medications or treatments as ordered.
• Provides technical support to healthcare professionals.
• Counsels patients and families, under the direction of a registered nurse, on prevention and treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• If the position requires IV therapy/management skills in North Dakota: graduation from a Board-approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of the curriculum or completion of an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing.
• Currently holds an unencumbered LPN license with the State Nursing board and/or possesses multi-state licensure privileges.
• Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.

Pay

Salary range: $21.00 - $29.50 per hour.

$15,000 sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates.

Schedule
