LPN - Family Medicine Clinic

About the role

Join the ambulatory nursing care team at Alexandria Broadway Clinic, part of Sanford Health—a leading not-for-profit health system with over 224 clinic locations and 46 medical centers. This role offers the opportunity to work in a robust clinic with multiple specialty areas and a strong family medicine practice, providing a diverse mix of patients and cases. Responsibilities

• Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of patients.
• Document thorough medical histories from patients.
• Contribute to patient assessments and administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Provide technical support to healthcare professionals.
• Counsel patients and families, under the direction of a registered nurse, on prevention and treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• If the position requires IV therapy/management skills in North Dakota: graduation from a Board-approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of the curriculum or completion of an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing.
• Currently hold an unencumbered LPN license with the State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
• Obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.

Pay

Salary range: $21.00 – $29.50 per hour. A sign-on bonus is available.

Schedule

Full-time position with a weekly schedule of 36 hours. Clinic hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM.
