LPN/RN Home Care (Children and Young Adults)

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs in their home.
• Bring comfort, build trust, and celebrate milestones with patients and families.
• Help children feel safe and supported in their home environment.
• Collaborate with families to ensure peace of mind and support patient growth and thriving.

Requirements

• Current and active LPN or RN license.
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required – training provided.
• Passion for patient‑centered care.

Pay

• Competitive pay based on experience.
• Weekly pay.
• Paid training and ongoing clinical support.
• Premium pay differentials:
  • Weekday overnights: +$2/hour
  • Weekend days: +$3/hour
  • Weekend overnights: +$4/hour

• Flexibility to choose full‑time, part‑time, or PRN shifts to fit your life.
