Private duty nursing LPN or RN providing 1:1 patient care Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. or 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. Love nursing but tired of the hospital grind? Try nursing a different way. Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring LPNs and RNs in Joplin and surrounding communities, including Webb City, Carl Junction, Carthage, Neosho, Pittsburg, KS, and nearby areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one (1:1) nursing care to a single patient
• Maintain consistent cases with a predictable schedule
• Serve patients in Joplin and surrounding communities (Webb City, Carl Junction, Carthage, Neosho, Pittsburg, KS, and nearby areas)

Requirements

• Current LPN or RN license
• Willingness to work in a private duty (1:1) nursing setting
• Ability to work Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. or 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. shifts
• Pediatric experience is a plus (preferred)

Pay

• Competitive base pay with premium shift opportunities
• Weekday Overnights: +$2/hour
• Weekend Days: +$3/hour
• Weekend Overnights: +$4/hour

Schedule

• Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. or 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
• Overnight and weekend opportunities available
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate open weekdays, weekends, or overnights
