About the role
Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring LPNs and RNs for private duty nursing positions, offering meaningful one‑on‑one patient care in a home setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide private duty nursing care to individual patients in their homes, focusing on one patient at a time.
Requirements
- Current LPN or RN license.
- Ability to work in the Osceola, MO area and surrounding communities (Joplin, Webb City, Carl Junction, Carthage, Neosho, Pittsburg, KS).
- Availability for weekday, weekend, and/or overnight shifts.
- Pediatric experience is a plus but not required.

Pay
- Weekly pay with consistent base rate
- Premium shift differentials:
- Weekday overnights: +$2/hour
- Weekend days: +$3/hour
- Weekend overnights: +$4/hour

- Consistent patient cases and predictable schedules
- Overnight and weekend opportunities
