LPN/RN Home Care (Children and Young Adults)

About the role

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring LPNs and RNs for private duty nursing in Lamar, MO and surrounding communities (Joplin, Webb City, Carl Junction, Carthage, Neosho, Pittsburg, KS, and nearby areas). Provide one‑on‑one care to a single patient and family, trading the hospital floor for meaningful 1:1 nursing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver private duty nursing care to one patient at a time in a home setting.

Requirements

• Current LPN or RN license.
• Pediatric experience is a plus; training will be provided for the private duty nursing side of nursing.

Pay

• Weekly pay
• Competitive base pay with premium shift opportunities
• Weekday overnights: +$2/hour
• Weekend days: +$3/hour
• Weekend overnights: +$4/hour

Schedule

• Friday‑Saturday and Sunday shifts available
• Open weekdays for supplemental income
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate weekends, overnights, and consistent cases
• Overnight and weekend opportunities
