McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for LPN/RN for its West Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Rooming patients
• Assisting provider in exam rooms
• Assisting provider with in-office procedures
• Patient phone call triage
• Stocking rooms
• Obtaining prior authorizations as needed for medications, surgeries and imaging

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• Possession of State License Practical Nursing OR State Registered Nurse license
• Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• Hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Preferred qualifications

• Previous ambulatory care experience in Dermatology a plus
• Experience with scribe a plus
• EMR experience preferred
