About the role
We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team. This position is based on the principles of integrated nursing and involves performing assessments, care planning, interventions, evaluations, and maintaining standards of professional nursing. The RN develops and implements appropriate plans of care based on assessments and diagnoses tailored to meet each individual’s needs. The RN also demonstrates knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
Responsibilities

- Provide resident, family, and caregiver education
Requirements
- Hold current state licensure as a RN in good standing
- Organize assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident care
- Communicate effectively
