About the role
The Resident Care Nurse assists the Resident Care Director with the coordination of assessments and service plans ensuring that care is delivered with the highest quality. The Wellness Nurse will assist with all aspects of compliance with all state and federal guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Resident Care Director with coordination of resident assessments and service plans.
- Ensure care is delivered with the highest quality standards.
- Assist with compliance of all state and federal regulations.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A) staff under the direction of the Resident Care Director.
Requirements
- Active LPN or RN license in the state of the facility.
- Experience with geriatric care preferred.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations.
